Fires continue in Perm after Ukrainian drone attacks. City residents fear strikes on hydroelectric dam facilities

For two nights in a row, on April 29 and 30, Ukrainian drones struck oil facilities in Perm. The drones damaged Lukoil's refinery and the Perm oil pumping station, a key node in Transneft's infrastructure.

The results of the attack are comparable to what is happening in Tuapse: satellite images show a plume of smoke stretching for dozens of kilometers over Perm and its suburbs; local residents speak of the smell of burning and an "oil rain" of precipitation mixed with combustion products.
