Leading Russian polling centers recorded: Putin's rating has fallen

73% of surveyed Russians believe that Vladimir Putin is doing a "rather good" job as president of Russia, according to a study by the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM).

A week ago, FOM reported that 76% of respondents rated Putin's work as "rather good." At that time, 74% of respondents also said they trusted him. Now the trust показатель has fallen by one percentage point, to 73%.

The share of respondents who believe that Putin is doing a "rather bad" job rose by two percentage points over the week, to 13%. Another 17% of respondents said they do not trust the president. That показатель rose by three percentage points over the week.

Earlier, the drop in Putin's ratings was also recorded by the independent Levada Center and the state-run VTsIOM.
