Annexed Sevastopol, following the rest of Crimea, restricted motorcycle transport

The corresponding decree was signed by the Russian-appointed “head” of the region, Mikhail Razvozhayev.

The restrictions apply to “tricycles, quadricycles, ATVs, mopeds, pit bikes with an engine volume up to 125 cubic centimeters, as well as motorcycles.”

They are reportedly banned from moving around the city from 22:00 to 06:00, and also during “Air Raid Alert” and “Air Raid Alert and Sea Danger” signals.
