Zelensky said that because of Ukrainian attacks on oil facilities, Russia has lost at least seven billion dollars

The Ukrainian president wrote about this on his social media.

“By the most conservative estimates, since the beginning of the year the aggressor has lost at least seven billion dollars solely directly from our precise sanctions against the Russian oil industry and refining: from strikes, downtime, and shipment delays,” Volodymyr Zelensky said.
