Prosecutors seek seizure of Rusagro founder Vadim Moshkovich’s assets
The corresponding lawsuit was filed with Moscow’s Khamovniki Court.
The claim to transfer the property to state ownership was brought against Moshkovich and former Rusagro CEO Maksim Basov. Also listed among the defendants are Moshkovich’s wife, Natalya Bykovskaya, and former Rusagro top manager Sergey Tribunsky.
Law enforcement demanded the seizure of “movable and immovable property, land plots, cash funds, as well as company assets, whose total value exceeds several billion rubles,” Interfax writes.
