Azov fighters captured a former Wagner mercenary, one of the participants in that very march on Moscow. The 29-year-old Vitaliy Olegovich Tyumentsev (call sign “Tyuvit”) managed to fight for Prigozhin, quit, end up in prison, and from there get recruited again for the war, this time by the Russian Defense Ministry.

In a conversation with Ukrainian soldiers, “Tyuvit” openly confirms the executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war, the sledgehammer killings of his fellow servicemen, and Wagner founder Dmitry Utkin’s love of Nazi uniforms. Tyumentsev willingly shares details of the events of three years ago. He talks about the conflict with the Defense Ministry, the Wagner fighters’ motivation and their attitude toward the current Russian government, and how they “turned over” police officers and FSB men on the road to Moscow.

Judging by his words, they were seriously planning to bring down the government in the Russian Federation and were fighting for a “just cause,” almost for a “free Russia.” Real revolutionaries with their own ideals! But at the same time, Tyumentsev is not bothered at all by the fact that their own command for some reason gave the order to “wrap it up,” and then completely “screwed over” everyone. Nor is he bothered by the fact that afterward he signed a contract and went to fight under the command of those who killed all his commanders.
