"Putin understands that I am not selling weapons to Ukraine, but to NATO countries. They are paying full price, and I have no idea how those weapons are distributed," he explained on Truth Social.
The American grandpa also said that Russia and China are not supplying weapons to Iran, and that he personally arranged this with Putin and Xi Jinping.
