Hungary opened the first "Fundamentals" cluster, which Orbán had blocked for two years. But Hungary opposed opening all six clusters at once.

This is exactly what Péter Magyar said on Friday. And this is exactly what happened today. In other words, NOTHING NEW happened at all.

Opening clusters one after another is the standard procedure.
