By 15:23 Moscow time, Brent futures had fallen to $74.54 — the first time this figure had been recorded since February 27. During the day, its price fell by about 3% compared with the previous close. August WTI oil futures on the NYMEX exchange fell by 2.81%, to $71.13 per barrel.
