The Governor of KrasnodarKrai said that everything is fine in Tuapse, and that Ukrainians are dropping oil from drones as a kind of psychological attack.
“They attach tanks of fuel oil to UAVs. Why? So that when they are shot down it creates bright flames and smoke,” Kondratyev said.
