Azov's 1st NGU Corps showed footage of repelling an assault by the 8th and 41st Combined Arms Armies, as well as the 90th Tank Division of the Russian Armed Forces, on the Dobropillia axis near the settlement of Shakhove on July 22.

18 units of heavy equipment were destroyed (7 tanks, 6 AFVs, a "Grad," a "Tornado-S," plus 3 units of special equipment) and 47 units of light equipment. The occupiers suffered losses of 150 personnel, of whom more than 120 were killed.

Apparently, this is the very episode of the battle in which Russia first installed new active protection against drones on a T-72, which ultimately either proved useless or failed to work.
