It is urgently necessary to organize courses in competent “lying” at least for Russian federal ministers, presidents, and other “high-ranking” officials.

At this point, one can note the phenomenal helplessness and shamefulness of Kremlin lies.

Undoubtedly, lying requires care and caution.

A responsible, qualified liar must always keep in mind the danger of exposure and build his tales with the possibility of a comfortable exit from them, with references to “ambiguity,” “provocation,” and the “conditional nature of the statement.”

(The art of a diplomat and president lies in the ability not to be publicly caught in his words and “hung by the balls.”)

But the Kremlin people, starting with Minister Lavrov, Secretary Peskov, President Putin — lie stupidly and crudely, not understanding that they can easily be “brought into the open.”

For many months, Lavrov, Zakharova, Dmitriev, Ushakov, Putin and others have been chanting in chorus about some “Anchorage pacts,” “Anchorage agreements,” by which they intend

to be guided when discussing “peace terms” with Ukraine.

The whole regime fraternity repeated the words about the “letter and spirit of Anchorage,” which Russia is “ready to follow,” like a blessed spell.

As it turned out, in Anchorage no agreements at all (none) were either reached or “concluded.”

All claims of their existence are crude and primitive lies, Putin’s fantasy.

U.S. Secretary of State Rubio, very calmly and with a slight note of bewilderment, told the press that:

“There were no agreements in Alaska.”

Rubio stated that there were no agreements on Ukraine at the Anchorage summit.
