A criminal case has been opened against a Meduza journalist over participation in an “undesirable” organization
The Moscow office of the Investigative Committee reported the criminal case against Meduza journalist Vladislav Gorin, the host of the podcast “What Happened.”
According to the Investigative Committee, the journalist, “while outside the Russian Federation, continued to participate in the activities of an organization recognized as undesirable on the country’s territory.”
The grounds for the criminal case were “six audio recordings featuring Gorin, in which he distributed informational materials about political and social processes taking place in the Russian Federation.”
