Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoisky was sentenced in absentia in Russia to 12 years in prison
A court in Tatarstan sentenced well-known Ukrainian businessman and billionaire Ihor Kolomoisky in absentia to 12 years in prison in a case concerning the theft of Russian oil worth more than 10 billion rubles. TASS reported this.
🔵At the moment, Ihor Kolomoisky is in custody at the pre-trial detention facility of Ukraine’s Security Service in Kyiv. He was arrested in September 2023 on charges of fraud, money laundering, and taking control of PrivatBank assets.
